Customer Service
Customer Service Classic Care Pharmacy provides an Elite Customer Service Program to each resident and/or their family. We recognize the importance of family involvement and our goal is to communicate directly with all responsible parties thereby giving your Nurses valuable time to concentrate on the care and needs of the residents. In order to maintain consistent communication between the resident and/or their responsible party and the pharmacy, each Home deals with the same customer care representative on a regular basis. This ensures one on one service that is personalized for each individual’s account. We work closely with the resident, their responsible party, the Nurse and Physician to maintain continuity of medication therapy and to provide clarity regarding medication costs. Upon admission each resident or their responsible party receives a personal phone call from the designated customer care representative providing them with their name, direct number and information about Classic Care Pharmacy. They are also available | 
to answer any questions the resident and/or responsible party may have at that time. This ensures that all future billing questions will be directed to the pharmacy. This also enables the pharmacy to begin to establish a personal relationship with each and every resident and/or family. Medication Coverage The designated customer care representative will assist residents with obtaining the most extensive medication coverage possible. A record of all coverage is kept at the pharmacy, and we will initiate their renewal to ensure there is no lapse in coverage. Senior Account Executive The Senior Account Executive is available to provide on-site presentations about Classic Care Pharmacy to residents and families. They are also available to meet with residents one on one to provide personal customer support. |
