Geriatric Certified Pharmacist
With an exclusive focus on residents in Long Term Care Homes and Retirement Residences, it is important that our pharmacists are knowledgeable and experienced in geriatric care.

Our Pharmacists are diligent in maintaining their Continuing Education portfolio to the highest of standards. They regularly attend continuing educational programs and their professional college meetings to keep current with new standards of practice and to attain additional credentialing/certification in the therapeutic management of various disease conditions.

Our Clinical Consultant Pharmacists attend the annual American Society of Clinical Consultant Pharmacists Convention which provides an opportunity to network with their peers, participate in workshops and attend in-depth educational sessions focused on senior care.  In order to maintain the designation of CGP, the Pharmacists are required to attend and or complete rigorous continuing educational modules on an ongoing basis.

Consultant Pharmacist
Your designated consultant 
pharmacist is on-site to provide a wide range of clinical support and education programs. Sevices include, in-services, medscheck, committee representation, audits, orientation and training, and more.

Dispensary Pharmacist
Your designated dispensary pharmacist is responsible for processing all medication orders in an accurate and timely manner, and to communicate with the nurses and physicians as needed.  

On-call Pharmacist
Our on-call pharmacist is available for emergency medication orders and support
24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
