IT Specialist
With new technology coming about, it is important for Classic Care to have the right IT staff in place. Our IT specialist is responsible for ensure that our systems are functioning properly, and is there to communicate with the homes IT department to resolve any issues.

Our IT specialist also acts as a liason with the eMAR software companies, (including Point Click Care and Medecare), to ensure we provide an integrated system according to the home's needs.

Technology Coordinator
The technology coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation process of eMAR. The process includes, education and training on the eMAR system, hands on support during implementation, and the availability to answer questions and provide follow up support whenever needed.
