Our clinical services include comprehensive medication reviews, drug regimen recommendations, drug compression, audits, in-servicing and training, assistance with accreditation, committee representation, and one-on-one medication support for residents.

Our team of Consultant Pharmacists support each other and share information that they make available to your staff.

Our Consultant Pharmacists assess the needs of each resident, and collaborate with the Nurses and Physicians to resolve any medication related concerns.

Classic Care Pharmacy has experience in the development and implementation of various risk management protocols and continuous quality improvement programs. We are highly supportive of the recomendations put forth by ISMP and the Joint Task Force for Medication Management in Long Term Care.
