are always available to residents and their families via a toll-free
number
throughout Canada and the U.S.
Upon admission, each resident or their family will
be contacted by a
customer care representative, who will provide them with a contact
name
and number at the pharmacy for future reference. An introduction
package,
with helpful information about Classic Care Pharmacy's services
and cares,
is also sent to each resident or their family.
In understanding the importance of providing a personal
service,
our customer care representative will attend family council meetings
and will meet one on one with residents to answer questions,
and provide pharmacy support.
