To ensure that each resident's profile is completely up-to-date, our MAR technicians review each MAR on a monthly basis. Quarterlies are reviewed by our pharmacists and medication profile suggestions are made for the physicians' review. Monthly reports are provided which can be customized according to your specific needs.
A consultant pharmacist will be on-site to provide you with complete pharmaceutical care through the provision of quality assurance audits, chart reviews, drug destruction, and extensive education and in-servicing designed to meet your needs.
Our clinical nurses provide a unique bridging perspective between the pharmacy and the nurses. They provide clinics which can be open to the community and monthly education packages, including drug information, the pharmacy newsletter, and a calendar with monthly reminders.
