Classic Care Pharmacy has been providing services to seniors in Ontario for over a decade, and as an exclusive provider to Long Term Care Homes, Retirement Residences and Group Homes, we understand what it takes to ensure that each resident receives safe and reliable care.
We understand that providing service to a Long Term Care or Retirement setting is different than a regular retail pharmacy service. With no retail setting, our pharmacists are not preoccupied with retail customers, but are focused specifically on filling resident's prescriptions, and communicating with the nurses, physicians and health care staff.
Classic Care Pharmacy provides complete resident care. Our dispensary offers safe and reliable delivery of medication on a daily basis. Our MAR department ensures that each resident's profile and record are constantly up-to-date. Our Customer Service department takes care of medication coverage, resident billing, and attends resident and family meetings. Our clinical pharmacists are on-site to review charts, perform audits and provide in-services. Our Clinical Nurses provide clinics and our Unregulated Care Provider certification course.
Classic Care Pharmacy provides accurate and reliable delivery of medications, and works together with each home by providing clinical services, and participating in continuous quality improvement programs.
